Heart’s Desire
A Heart’s Desire is different from the goals we think we should want.
When I refer to your Heart’s Desire, I am not talking about a specific outcome, its a deeper state or feeling that is sits at the core of it.
It is a quieter knowing, something that exists beneath the surface of thought. A deeper truth that already lives within you.
Often, it is felt before it is defined.
A sense of expansion, clarity, or recognition.
Something in you already knows it is possible.
Head Desire vs Heart’s Desire
Many of the goals we pursue begin in the mind.
They are shaped by expectations, comparison, or ideas about what success should look like.
A Heart’s Desire feels different. It doesn’t come with urgency, it comes with a sense of knowing.
It carries a sense of alignment rather than pressure.
It feels natural rather than forced. It exists beyond the doubts or limitations of the mind.
It is something you recognize, rather than something you chase.
The work is not to create the desire, but to recognize what is already there.
A Heart’s Desire in Practice

Here’s what the experience can feel like:
She shares what it’s like to experience this process. The clarity, the connection and what stays with you long after.
The Feeling of a Heart’s Desire
A Heart’s Desire begins as a feeling, rather than a specific outcome. It’s something you already know even if you haven’t put words to it yet.
It can feel like:
• a sense of freedom
• creative expression
• expansion into something more
• love
For example, instead of focusing on a specific outcome like where to live or what direction to take, it begins as a feeling, a sense of what its like to feel home, freedom or ease.
When you connect with the feeling of it, the way it wants to be expressed can begin to reveal itself.
From Inner Knowing to Art
In the Heart’s Desire Painting Experience, the painting becomes a way of honoring that inner knowing.
Rather than trying to define or force the outcome, the process allows your desire to take shape through color, texture, and creative expression.
The finished painting becomes a reflection of that deeper truth, something you can see, live with and return to.
A Reflection
You may pause and ask yourself. You may already feel this within you.
What does your heart already know is possible?
Not something you feel pressure to achieve, but something that feels quietly true.
Sometimes, simply recognizing that knowing is the beginning of everything.
